Overview
The Office of Faculty Excellence invites self-nominations to serve on the Faculty Excellence Advisory Committee. The committee will serve as an advisory body to UCF’s Faculty Excellence on matters related to faculty development, recognition, support, and advancement. The committee provides input on strategic initiatives, programs, and policies affecting faculty excellence. Members serve as a liaison between faculty and Faculty Excellence to promote transparency and equity in faculty-related processes. Of importance in AY 26-27 will be the Faculty Excellence Advisory Committee’s input on the implementation, processes, and usability within the Faculty Insight: Academic Analytics platform.
The committee is comprised of faculty representatives from across UCF, ex-officio representatives from Faculty Excellence and other relevant administrative units. Faculty representatives must be full-time faculty members to serve on the advisory committee. Members will serve two-year, renewable terms.
Meetings will be held monthly during the academic year.
