The Faculty Excellence, Personnel Administration (FE-PA) section provides guidance and support for university processes related to faculty recruitment and employment actions. FE-PA is responsible for creating and managing all faculty agreements, including new employment agreements and summer supplemental agreements, as well as new agreements generated as a result of an appointment change.

Other areas of responsibility include review and approval of faculty overload/dual compensation actions, salary supplement requests, and courtesy and ROTC appointments.

In addition, FE-PA is responsible for reviewing and approving all faculty vacancy announcements, and position number management for faculty lines.

FE-PA documents have moved to the network share site, Budget Personnel Collaboration. If you were directed here looking for a specific document, please contact your dean’s/vp’s office for assistance. They have access to the network share site and will be able to provide you with the needed information  and most current versions of any forms, guides, or other documents maintained there.  If you  would like  to request new user access or  remove  user access for college personnel, the request must be submitted  by the area or college dean’s office personnel representative  directly to FE-PA via email  at  acadadm@ucf.edu  and include  the  applicable  user’s first and last name and email address.
