Advisory Committee
Our Advisory Committee will provide input, recommendations, and feedback on various Faculty Excellence initiatives with the purpose of recognizing, strengthening, and inspiring faculty. With subcommittees focused on inclusivity, mid-career faculty and work-life balance, are designed, in part, to develop focused, thorough, and sustainable mechanisms to address areas identified by faculty in the last COACHE survey as needing improvement. These areas include recognition, nature of work, and leadership development.
