Overview
This community, led by Dr. Beatriz Reyes-Foster, will function like a peer-focused workgroup. Instead of predetermining exact programming, the group will decide the structure and who they want to hear from and what resources they need. The topics that will likely be covered include promotion, tenure, how to tell your story and how to get to the next level in teaching, research and service.
