Faculty Excellence is announcing an open Faculty Fellow position to lead and support the Non-Tenure Earning Faculty Community for academic year 2021-2022.

Faculty Excellence is committed to strengthening and developing faculty. One strategy is to create communities for learning, mentoring, best practice sharing and networking. Communities are led by Faculty Fellows, who support faculty communities for nine months.

The largest population is lecturers, instructors, instructional designers, and librarians, including promotional levels of associate or senior faculty.

The first years of the community the Instructor and Lecturer Excellence Programs featured presenters from across the university in monthly workshops. Recent years have featured invited speakers on UCF strategies and initiatives as well as mentoring, coaching and creating supportive community across UCF.
