Overview
Navigating academia can be intimidating for first-generation faculty when there is no predefined path. As tenure-earning faculty work to achieve their tenure, a mentoring community can provide knowledge and guidance to support them. Dr. Beatriz Reyes-Foster will lead this mentoring community to help define research and teaching, navigate expectations and provide connections with other faculty member across campus.
