  1. Program Overview

Faculty Excellence is pleased to announce the 9th year of the Women of Distinction awards, highlighting the achievements of outstanding women faculty at UCF. Three awards will be given this year for “Innovative Ways Faculty Have Engaged Students.”

UCF faculty are known for thinking outside the box and engaging students creatively in remote and online environments. Accomplishments must be associated with UCF and should be related to innovation in the virtual classroom — at any point in a faculty members’ career. The committee looks to recognize the most creative faculty and their spirit of teaching innovation.

To celebrate at all stages of our careers, a colleague with up to 5 years of service as a faculty member, a colleague with 6 – 10 years of service as a faculty member, and a colleague with more than 10 years of service as a faculty member will be recognized.
